Sandwich panels made of steel have become one of the best recognised solution for insulated buildings. Steel protects, shapes and colours the building skin. ArcelorMittal offers a large palette of products and aspects for sandwich panels.

Steel grade, dimensions and zinc coating mass must be selected according to the construction regulations (European and country standards). For organic coatings, we recommend a substrate with a zinc layer of minimum 225g/sqm (or equivalent). But to reach the best corrosion performance and a life time before repainting up to 40 years, a minimum of 275g/sqm (or equivalent) is mandatory. A guarantee is linked to our Granite^® offer.
